Litestream, a Florida-based telecommunications provider, announced it recently began replacing the cable infrastructure at Hidden Lake Villas, a 240-unit condominium community located on Park Shore Drive in Naples. Litestream is building a state-of-the art broadband telecommunications system with fiber optic delivery throughout the community to include cable television, Internet and telephone services. Services are expected to be connected fall of 2016.

After a highly competitive selection process, the telecommunications committee, formed to oversee the selection process, chose Litestream from more than seven companies who had hoped to garner the Park Shore Drive community’s business.

Frank Falcone, President of the Hidden Lake Villas Condominium Association has been very involved throughout the process and had this to say. “Initially concerned with the large task ahead, Litestream addressed each concern one by one and my fears were quickly alleviated,” he said. “As an area is disturbed to lay the fiber optic line, it is quickly restored as though no one was there.” “They are working at lightening speed with accuracy and precision to ensure smooth transition and a positive experience. I look forward to completion and I hope to give Litestream another A+.”

Jonathan Reynolds, Property Manager for Hidden Lake Villas summarized it this way, “so far the process has been ‘perfect’. It has been seamless and simple,” he said. And Reynolds should know. Reynolds has been overseeing the complex project, from replacement of the existing infrastructure to groundwork for laying the new infrastructure.

Dane McWilliams, Construction Manager of Litestream can also be found onsite daily. “Customer satisfaction is our primary focus,” said McWilliams. “It is paramount for us to provide the most seamless experience possible.”

JD Trudell, General Manager of Litestream is known to systematically visit active projects to ensure the successful implementation of customer service practices. “We have assured individual residents, as well as the Board of Directors, they can expect an easy transition from their existing provider, with minimal or no service interruptions,” he said.

Litestream’s commitment to quality and customer service continues to set them apart from the competition. Their rigorous installation process includes consistent and clear communications with every resident, the community Board of Directors and with property management, through letters, emails, newsletters, community channels and proper construction signage. Additionally, Litestream management is on the jobsite every day to guarantee the highest quality control.

Litestream’s state-of-the-art signal receiving and processing center, located in Naples, receives television programming for more than 300 digital channels and distributes them to Litestream customers throughout Florida over a fiber optic network, allowing the company to serve communities statewide. The network operations center allows the company to monitor all systems and subscribers’ equipment; provide alerts and proactive warnings; and manage the systems at peak performance, without disruptions. Litestream partners with the HOA board and managers to provide complimentary community and security channels; cable TV and Internet services to the clubhouse; and security monitoring camera links for gates and pools.
