Litestream, a Florida-based telecommunications provider, hosted an informational meeting for residents of Naples Sandpiper Bay. In addition to learning more about the construction, sign-up and conversion process, homeowners were introduced to the Litestream team, including their customer liaison associate Karina Mambuca. Available packages, products and services were also shared with residents.
Naples Sandpiper Bay Club, a 234-unit condominium community located near downtown Naples, east of US 41, selected Litestream to provide Internet, cable television and voice services to the community. Infrastructure work is expected to begin this year and residents will begin being connected to the new services in the first quarter of 2015.
Marvin Hack, president of Naples Sandpiper Bay Club, said a committee was formed early this year to look at alternatives to their current provider. After a thorough selection process, Litestream was chosen for the project. Hack said the group was impressed with Litestream’s direct and professional communications, as well as their dedication to customer service. “During the transition, someone will be onsite everyday to sign people up and answer any questions,” noted Hack. “That’s a big deal.”
