Litestream, a Florida-based telecommunications company with offices in Naples, is hosting Concierge Days, held one Saturday per month for residents of Southwest Florida communities for which they provide services. Concierge Days offers the opportunity for residents to ask questions and learn more about Litestream’s products.
“The team at Litestream holds one core value of our business higher than anything else, and that is the satisfaction of our customers,” said Bill Haggarty, Litestream CEO. “The Concierge Days are designed to ensure our customers receive the time and attention they deserve; they are always our primary focus. We value the opportunity to bring customer service right to our customers, right to where they live. Concierge Days develop a true one-to-one connection with our customers.”
Bill Greenberg, president of the Carlton Lakes Master Association, was involved in choosing Litestream nearly three years ago as the community’s cable provider. “We did a lot of hunting and were very impressed with the way they conducted business. They seem to care about what they are doing.”
He said events like Concierge Saturdays are typical of the company. “They are very good at dealing with customers and have bent over backward to satisfy our community and its residents.”
Formed in 1999, Litestream set out immediately to be a different kind of cable company—one that is committed to understanding the needs of customers, exceeding customer expectations and providing a complete line of value-added services. Since its inception, Litestream has grown to become a leading provider of high definition (HD) video, high-speed Internet, and digital phone services to private and gated communities in Florida.
The company recently completed installation of a new master television reception and distribution center, also known as a headend, in Naples. The state-of-the-art signal receiving and processing center receives television programming for more than 300 digital channels—many in HD—and distributes them to Litestream customers throughout Florida over a fiber optic network, allowing the company to serve communities statewide.
Together, the Litestream management team has over 130 years of cable industry experience, including all phases from construction to customer service. For more information, call 239-249-3327 or visit www.Litestream.net.
