Litestream, a Florida-based telecommunications provider, has begun infrastructure work at Naples Sandpiper Bay, a 234-unit condominium community located near downtown Naples, east of US 41. Litestream is building a state-of-the art broadband telecommunications system with fiber optic delivery throughout the community to bring the community and its residents an array of basic cable television channels—most in high definition, Internet and telephone services. Residents will begin being connected to the new services in the first quarter of 2015.
Community members formed a committee in early 2014 to look at alternatives to their current provider. After a thorough selection process, Litestream was chosen for the project. Marvin Hack, president of Naples Sandpiper Bay Club, said the group was impressed with Litestream’s direct and professional communications, as well as their dedication to customer service. “During the transition, someone will be onsite everyday to sign people up and answer any questions,” noted Hack. “That’s a big deal.”
Customer satisfaction of both residents and Board leadership in communities is the central focus of the company. Litestream developed its “White Glove” construction and transition process process to ensure a successful community conversion every time. The process includes consistent and clear communications with every resident, the community Board of Directors and with property management. The company communicates through letters, emails, newsletters, community channels and signs indicating areas of construction and Litestream management is on the jobsite every day to guarantee the highest quality control.
Litestream’s state-of-the-art signal receiving and processing center, located in Naples, receives television programming for more than 300 digital channels and distributes them to Litestream customers throughout Florida over a fiber optic network, allowing the company to serve communities statewide. The network operations center allows the company to monitor all systems and subscribers’ equipment; provide alerts and proactive warnings; and manage the systems at peak performance, without disruptions. Litestream partners with the HOA board and managers to provide complimentary community and security channels; cable TV and Internet services to the clubhouse; and security monitoring camera links for gates and pools.
Since 1999, Litestream has been committed to understanding the needs of customers and exceeding their expectations, while providing a complete line of value-added services. Since its inception, Litestream has grown to become a leading provider of high definition (HD) video, high-speed Internet, and digital phone services to private and gated communities in Florida.
The Litestream management team has extensive experience in working with HOAs and their residents to deliver exceptional broadband services and customer care tailored to the needs of the community. For more information, call 239-249-3327 or visit www.Litestream.net.
