Litestream, a Florida-based telecommunications company with offices in Naples, recently hosted a Customer Appreciation Event for its residents at Carlton Lakes, a community for which they provide services. The event offered the opportunity for the Litestream team to introduce the community to a number of new employees and update residents on a new channel lineup. It also provided a chance for residents to ask any questions about their Litestream products and services.
“The satisfaction of our customers is our number one priority,” said Bill Haggarty, Litestream CEO. “Our customer appreciation events are designed to ensure our customers receive the time and attention they deserve.”
Bill Greenberg, president of the Carlton Lakes Master Association, said this is the second customer appreciation event Litestream has held at the community. “When we first enlisted Litestream to provide services in our community, they held a Town Hall meeting. They explained everything they would be doing here, and they have followed through. They seem to care about what they are doing, and they certainly know what they are doing.”
Greenberg says overall, he’s impressed with the company’s concern for its customers. “These events show that the company really cares about our community,” he said. “Litestream has bent over backward to satisfy our residents. We’ve had a very good experience with them.”
