Litestream, a Florida-based telecommunications company with offices in Naples, recently hosted a Customer Appreciation Event for its residents at Carlton Lakes, a community for which they provide services. The event offered the opportunity for the Litestream team to introduce the community to a number of new employees and update residents on a new channel lineup. It also provided a chance for residents to ask any questions about their Litestream products and services.

“The satisfaction of our customers is our number one priority,” said Bill Haggarty, Litestream CEO. “Our customer appreciation events are designed to ensure our customers receive the time and attention they deserve.”

Bill Greenberg, president of the Carlton Lakes Master Association, said this is the second customer appreciation event Litestream has held at the community. “When we first enlisted Litestream to provide services in our community, they held a Town Hall meeting. They explained everything they would be doing here, and they have followed through. They seem to care about what they are doing, and they certainly know what they are doing.”

Greenberg says overall, he’s impressed with the company’s concern for its customers. “These events show that the company really cares about our community,” he said. “Litestream has bent over backward to satisfy our residents. We’ve had a very good experience with them.”

About Litestream

Litestream works with communities and associations to design, build and deliver a newly-built, modern system throughout the community, replacing the older infrastructure currently in the ground. This new broadband infrastructure utilizes fiber optics installed throughout the community, which ensures higher quality signals and is not burdened by the repairs and weathering inevitably accompanying an original system that has been in the ground for many years.

Litestream’s state-of-the-art signal receiving and processing center, located in Naples, receives television programming for over 300 digital channels—many in high definition—and distributes them to Litestream customers throughout Florida over a fiber optic network, allowing the company to serve communities statewide. The network operations center also allows the company to monitor all systems and subscribers’ equipment; provide alerts and proactive warnings; and manage the systems at peak performance, without disruptions. Technicians are assigned to each community, giving residents peace of mind with staff they come to know and trust. Litestream partners with the HOA board and managers to provide complimentary community and security channels; cable TV and Internet services to the clubhouse; and security-monitoring camera links for gates and pools.

Litestream is the brand name of Litestream Holdings, LLC, organized in 2004 with headquarters in West Palm Beach, Florida. Litestream is focused on the replacement of existing cable infrastructure within gated communities statewide. Its management team collectively has over 130 years of cable industry experience, including all phases from construction to customer service. For more information, call 239-249-3327.
